Zaatar Seasoning

Zaatar is a zesty mixture of oregano, thyme and other spices to create an overly herbal sour, nutty spice blend that owes much of its flavor to sumac and to toasted sesame seeds. Zaatar spice is often enjoyed as a condiment and mixed with olive oil for dipping bread.
